Locality

St Alban’s Primary School is less than a mile from the town centre of Warrington.  It is ideally close to public transport links such as Warrington Central train station and Warrington bus station – both half a mile from the school.  Bank Quay train station is just a little further away at 0.7 miles.  To the average person this is a 15 minute walk.

There are no public bus stops on Bewsey Road.  However, there is a public bus route on Lovely Lane/Folly Lane.  The nearest bus stop to our school is where Lovely Lane meets Bewsey Road (see map above).  The map above shows this bus stop to be a 5 minute walk from the school.  We do suggest parents walk with their children to the school as it is a very busy road.

You can plan your bus journey by visiting the traveline-northwest website.
Your train journey can be planned by visiting the national rail website.
Both of the websites above can give you detailed timetables and up to date travel information.  You can also call into either of the stations to pick up a paper leaflet.  The station can also offer information regarding disabled travel.

If you require any more help please do not hesitate to contact us.
