Dear Parent/Guardian

LONDON VISIT/ OVERNIGHT STAY

Further to our letter about the proposed trip to London for children in Years 4 & 5 at the end of April 2017, I can now confirm some details.  Subject to sufficient support the cost will be £180 per child.  This price will include coach travel, visits to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, a river cruise, the London Eye and a West End show.

If you wish your child to take part please return the permission slip with a deposit of £50 to school by Monday 31st October at the latest.  Unfortunately we will be unable to refund your deposit should you decide to cancel as this would impact on the costs and possibly lead to the trip having to be cancelled.

Yours sincerely

Miss L Taylor
